    Beam Homogenized Stub Laser

    DATASHEET

The multi-mode wavelength-stabilized laser diode features high output power with narrow spectral bandwidth and a shaped and homogenized beam profile that evenly spreads out the power density and shapes the beam for different spot sizes. Standard spot size is a rectangular shape aligned in a horizontal orientation.

Comes standard with an internal photodiode, TEC, thermistor, and ESD protection.

    λ (nm): 830
    Min. Power (mW): 350
