Accurate and robust pH sensors for process analytics from Metroglas are designed with integrated temperature sensors and standard connector options.
All our pH sensors are certified according to IP68. Models designed for the chemical industry additionally have an ATEX rating option.
These sensors are low-maintenance and are characterized by stable measurement signals thanks to the use of pre-pressurized reference systems and maintenance-free electrolytes.
The optimized designs and proven materials used in the production of Metroglas sensors facilitate reliable measurement results even in harsh environments, during regular autoclaving, and sterilizations.
These combined pH sensors with an integrated temperature sensor (Pt1000) are specifically developed for applications in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Both sensors are fully autoclavable up to 135 °C. These low-maintenance sensors have an integrated silver ion trap to prevent any contamination by Ag ions.
The inline model 300 is a pH sensor with pre-pressurized reference system. As such, it can measure pH values in process conditions of up to 4 bar, providing stable measurement results and low drift. Additionally, this sensor is designed to fulfill ATEX directives on demand and if required, it can be used in locations classified as hazardous areas.
The inline model 200 pH sensor can be used at pressures of up to 1 bar and within a temperature range of 0–80 °C.
Both sensors are available in different lengths with either a digital RS485 or an analog interface equipped with VP4/8 connector.
These inline pH sensors are specifically designed to deliver reliable results even under the harsh process conditions typical for the chemical industry. They are extremely robust and can be used in environments with pressures up to 4 bar and temperatures up to 120 °C, as well as in highly alkaline solutions.
Our low-maintenance inline pH sensors exhibit consistent measuring performance throughout their entire lifespan. This is achieved by pre-pressurized reference systems and maintenance-free electrolytes.
Both inline pH sensor models 250 and 350 are designed to comply with ATEX directives upon request. These sensors can be used in hazardous areas if necessary.
These inline pH sensor models are available in various lengths, and can be manufactured with either a digital RS485 or analog interface equipped with VP4/8 connector
