    Fiber-Coupled Butterfly (Multi-Mode)

    DATASHEET

The multi-mode wavelength-stabilized butterfly laser diode features high output power with a narrow spectral bandwidth and superior wavelength stability over time, temperature, and vibration. Comes standard with an internal photodiode, TEC, thermistor, and ESD protection.

This butterfly package can be integrated into the multi-mode U-type module, which includes the laser driver and temperature-controlled electronics in a compact package.
