The single-mode wavelength-stabilized butterfly laser diode features a narrow spectral bandwidth, a diffraction-limited output beam, and superior wavelength stability over time, temperature, and vibration. This laser package also includes an integral optical isolator with an internal photodiode, TEC, thermistor, and ESD protection.
This butterfly package can be integrated into the single-mode U-type module with an optical isolator, which includes the laser driver and temperature-controlled electronics in a compact package.
For custom orders, the wavelength can be accurately specified and repeatedly manufactured to within +/-0.1 nm upon request.
