Open Beam Butterfly (Single-Mode)

DATASHEET

The single-mode wavelength-stabilized butterfly laser diode features a narrow spectral bandwidth, a diffraction-limited output beam, and superior wavelength stability over time, temperature, and vibration. Comes standard with an internal photodiode, TEC, thermistor, and ESD protection.

Lasing wavelength can be accurately specified and repeatedly manufactured to within +/-0.1 nm upon request.
